LIV Residence is a waterfront, residential complex located in the prestigious Dubai Marina area. It was implemented by LIV Developers together with the MWM Studios design company and the NAGA architectural bureau.

The residential complex occupies 28 storeys with luxurious studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments with sea views. The fusion of modern ideas and a classic look at luxury spaces gives LIV Residence Dubai Marina a unique sense of elegance, tranquility, and well-being. That is an effect that MWM has been able to replicate in all of its projects.
